POSTAGE
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it. In busy times we usually tell you how long it will take us to process it. Your order will be sent first class recorded delivery, so a signature will be required when you receive your parcel. If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order. This service should take between 2-5 working days.


GENERAL
In some cases, the print design color and t-shirt body color shown in the Last&True® online store may vary slightly from the actual products delivered to you. Your monitor calibration is also different to ours. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will let you know. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

ORDER 
CHANGES
If you would like to modify an existing order, please email andy@lastandtrue.com We will do our best to change the order before it is sent out.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
If the product is not suitable, please send it back within 7 days of receiving it and let us know the reasons why. That helps us to ensure that we are creating the best possible products. We will happily refund or exchange the product as long it is unworn and all labels are still on the garment. Please state whether you would like a replacement product or refund. Please call 01395 578200 if you wish to discuss anything further.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you must cancel an order for any reason, please email us at andy@lastandtrue.com for assistance. We will then let you know if the order has been sent. A cancellation request is no guarantee that the order will be stopped or cancelled. Either way, we will get in touch with you and sort it out. In some cases, we may not be able to cancel the order because it is has already shipped. If this occurs, we will gladly accept a return, but we will not be able to refund the shipping and handling fees and you will be responsible for the return shipping to Last&True®. We suggest that you use a return shipment method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to us.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International Customers, please note that Last&True® is not responsible for any additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duty fees or taxes. The customer is responsible for any fees that are to be paid upon receiving their purchased items. Each country has its' own trade rules and regulations, and therefore customs, brokerage, duty and tax fees will vary depending on the customer's country. These fees are not calculated into the customer's order. They will not appear on the customer's order confirmation or their respective invoice.
